COCO-PB-SWIRL ICE CREAM !
All Vegan, Mostly Raw, Entirely Delicious.
Basic banana ice cream:
- 5 frozen bananas, blended
- 2 tbs PB2
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- Water or a bit of the banana ice cream
Blend frozen bananas, I sometimes will use half fresh bananas and half frozen bananas to get less of an ice cream consistency. Then I pour the ice cream into a bowl, and leave maybe half of a cup still in the blender. Add your PB2 (powdered peanut butter with most of the fat removed so you still get a lot of pb flavor but it’s considered more 80-10-10) and cacao powder. Optional add- dates and vanilla. Blend and stir into banana ice cream.
